• Eyvind Finsen : "The Building Contract" second edition - available from Juta Publishers in Cape Town (some of info is outdated - must just be careful to know what is the latest.)
• Document: SAIA Client / Architect Agreement 5 work stages (currently SACAP is still only displaying the 6 Work Stages as a Draft.)
• Downloaded some of previous exam papers from SACAP website www.sacapsa.com
• JBCC 2 Guides to: a) Valuation, Certification & Payment + b) Interim, Practical, Works & Final Completion (available from JBCC or local MBA)
• At least a 1Gig Flash Memory stick - should there be extra info that I could hand out.
