You are cordially invited to attend the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Members of SAIAT.
We urge all Members to attend the AGM and/or submit written motions timeously to contribute towards the future planning and preparation of your Institute.
The meeting will be online and hosted on SAIAT’s GoToWebinar online platform.
Attendance is free but registration is essential as this will provide you with your unique login code.
If you have registered and for any reason cannot attend anymore, please de-register then by using the link on the e-mail that you will receive from GoToWebinar.

MOTIONS
Any motions to be discussed at the AGM must be submitted not later than 12:00 on Friday 20 September 2024. No other form of submitting a motion will be allowed. Only Professional Members and Senior Professional Members in good standing as well as Honorary Life members can submit a motion.Matters not on the agenda, or motions not received in time, will not be accepted/discussed at the meeting. This is to allow time for the Board of Directors and members of the National Committee to prepare in advance to deal with the motion.Please note that any member proposing a motion must attend the AGM to motivate a motion in person.Submit a motion here not later than Friday 20 September 2024 at 12:00
VOTING
It should be noted that only Professional Members and Senior Professional Members in good standing as well as Honorary Life members can cast a vote if required. All other members are most welcome to attend the meeting and take part in the discussions, if any.Voting, if required, will be done electronically.Attendance of the meeting will be confirmed by the attendance record of the online platform, GoToWebinar.
THE QUORUM
Two Directors and all Professional and Senior Professional members in good standing, as well as all Honorary Members present, irrespective of numbers, for all matters which require voting, will constitute the quorum as per the 2023 SAIAT Constitution, as amended.
