IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LSD APPLICATIONS AND IDOW
Please note that SACAP has decided, to protect both registered persons and the public, to enforce the IDoW as of 01 November 2022, regardless if an application for LSD was made and the RP is still awaiting the outcome.
LSD exemptions are only applicable to those who have received official communication from SACAP informing them that the LSD committee has considered their application and has granted them the exemption(s) applied for.
Most of the applications received by 31 October 2022 have been processed - it is basically only those applications received in November 2022 (during the additional time allowed) that the LSD committee still have to assess.
