PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

FOR THE CANCELLATION OF SAIAT MEMBERSHIP FOR 2026

​

• A membership year starts on 01 January and ends on 31 December

• Cancellation of membership must be done before the start of a membership year - for 2026 the latest date will be 31 December 2025 - membership fees will be payable for the membership year if request is made within the membership year, that is from 01 January 2026.

• Although a member will not be invoiced for 2026, or if already invoiced, will be credited for the membership amount of 2026, cancellation cannot be considered if there is any outstanding membership fees at the time of cancellation - the requirements of the SAIAT Constitution and Regulations will still be applicable until all outstanding fees are settled.

• The letter of acceptance of membership concludes the contract between SAIAT and the member for membership, and a new applicant cannot cancel membership once such letter is issued.​
